General update

Sunday October 29, 2006

I know it’s been a while since I actually wrote something here, but I have a few pretty good excuses. There has been a lot to do at school this semester, we have a huge course known as Customer Driven Project where we develop a solution for an external customer.

We are currently in the last four weeks of this project, and let me just state that there won’t be less work in the coming weeks.

I’ve just changed this server over from Windows to Ubuntu, and it feels good to be back to a Linux-based server. Somehow I feel more at home having Linux running on the box than Windows.

Another interview regarding my internship in Redmond this summer got posted online a few days ago, this time in Byavisa, a local newspaper in the city where my university is. The interview is in Norwegian.

I’ve had an image gallery up and running on this site for a while, but I haven’t told many people about it yet. You can find it at vega.rd.no/gallery. The pictures in there now are from this summer, more pictures will be added as time goes along.

Last but not least, I’m working on a new project with a friend of mine, which might get pretty big. I’m not ready to disclose to much about it yet, but be sure to watch this space in the coming month.
